2016 Schlatt Maltesergarten Grauburgunder trocken, Baden, Germany

Astringent, herbaceous and slightly floral fragrance with restrained yellow-fruity as well as slightly tobacco-like, nutty and mineral notes that become increasingly clear with air. Tight, juicy, relatively cool fruit, herbal, smoky and clearly mineral notes, fine acidity, touch of ripe tannin, mushroom and bacon nuances, dense and persistent, some depth, still slightly yeasty tones, a little sweetish enamel, very good finish with fresh fruity notes.
