2016 Staufen Schlossberg Chardonnay trocken, Baden, Germany

Delicate, smoky and yeasty nose with light, pomaceous notes of yellow fruit and nutty notes, some apricot, floral nuances and some mineral notes. Ripe, slightly warm, slightly sweetish and creamy fruit on the palate, sugar candy and hints of caramel, light nutty and yeasty notes on the palate, very elegant acidity, delicate touch, good persistence, floral traces, still undeveloped, candied fruit, good to very good , again rather warm, canned-fruity and also sweetish finish.
