Translate to English Herb-vegetabiler und einen Hauch käsiger Duft nach Quitte und reifem Pfirsich, auch etwas grünem Tee und Anis. Im Mund herb, salzig und süß zugleich, ein wenig an Blauschimmelkäse erinnernd, sehr präsente Säure, bitterlich-vegetabile und nussige Töne, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, nicht ewig tief, mittlerer Körper, guter Abgang.
