2010 trocken Ex Flammis Orior, Hades, Württemberg, Germany

Developed, somewhat nutty and woody-spicy aroma of black and red berries with restrained vegetal and mushroomy flavours. Straightforward, developed, accessible, relatively red fruit with plum tones, nutty and slightly chocolaty wood flavours, crumbly tannin and some acid bite, noticeable alcohol, a little smoke, also salt in the background, good persistence, not eternally deep, very good, somewhat alcohol-warm finish with caramel tones. Mature, but not old - and above all still very nice to drink.
