Translate to English Nussiger und leicht speckiger, auch ein wenig gewürziger und angedeutet tabakiger Duft mit gelbfruchtigen und ein wenig vegetabilen Aromen, sowie erdiger Mineralik im Hintergrund. Reife, recht schmelzige, eher herbe Frucht mit hellem Holz, etwas Rauch und Speck, vegetabile Noten am Gaumen, feine Säure und etwas Kohlensäure, ganz leicht deckender Gerbstoff, guter bis sehr guter, herber, mit Luft saftigerer und etwas schmelziger Abgang.
