Geschliffene, herbe Frucht im Mund, deutlich vegetabile Aromen, zart nussige Töne, feine, recht lebendige Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit, etwas Schmelz, erdige bis kalkige Mineralik im Hintergrund, relativ kühler Stil, harmonisch, sehr guter Abgang.
