Relatively firm and cool, slightly light nutty and vegetal to dried vegetal scent with restrained yellow fruit aromas, hints of fennel and bacon and earthy-mineral notes. Polished, again quite firm fruit with delicate creamy and light citrus notes, very fine, lively acidity, a hint of bacon and tobacco on the palate, has grip, dense and persistent, earthy and tobacco notes, very light, chalky-salty mineral notes, good depth , very good, tart-juicy, yeasty and mineral Departure with train.

Editor note: Translate to English Ziemlich fester, deutlich vegetabiler und mineralischer Duft mit sehr verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Noten und floralen Spuren. Auch im Mund fest, etwas vegetabil und hefig, deutliche, helle erdige Mineralik, sehr feine Säure und etwas Griff, gute Substanz und Tiefe, nachhaltig, ziemlich puristischer Stil, kaum Frucht, lebt sehr von den feinen vegetabilen Aromen und der intensiven Mineralik, hat Spannung, noch jung und kompakt, angedeutet gelbe Würze im Hintergrund, nussige Anklänge, sehr guter, herber Abgang.
