Translate to English Hefiger, kräuterig-pflanzlicher, etwas floraler und hell-nussiger Duft mit eher kühlen gelbfruchtigen Aromen und erdig-mineralischen Nuancen. Herb und süßlich zugleich im Mund, getrocknet-pflanzliche Noten, etwas Hefe, helle nussige Anklänge und wieder erdige bis mineralische Töne, recht lebendige Säure, ein wenig trocknender Gerbstoff, ganz leicht süßliche Anklänge im Hintergrund, guter bis sehr guter Abgang mit Biss.
