Still somewhat muted, slightly yeasty fragrance with restrained, bright yellow fruity notes as well as planty and earthy hints. Bone-dry, restrained fruit, nutty yeasty aromas, fine, lively acidity, chalky earthy minerality in the background, certain depth, persistent, still completely undeveloped, smoky nuances, a little green bacon, very good, firm, tart and yet juicy, again also yeasty and very mineral finish with grip and pull
