Cool and woody aroma of cherries as well as black and red berries. Quite juicy fruit with strength and a lot of fat, dry herbaceous spice, quite delicate and slightly drying tannin, smoky notes, definitely has substance and good depth, the long ageing in wood, however, did not only have positive effects, slightly oxidized, good and again slightly drying finish.
