Fairly cool and fairly firm nose, light spicy aromas, dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, predominantly dark berries and cherries, nutty traces, coffee grounds and a hint of violets. Tart, juicy fruit on the palate, nutty, toasted, spicy oak, hint of chocolate, generally well integrated fine, sandy tannins, good persistence, medium body, very slightly noticeable warm alcohol, earthy and salty notes, dried herbs, hint of tobacco, good to very good, still slightly astringent finish.
