Feinsaftige, nicht ganz trockene Frucht im Mund, feine Säure sowie pflanzliche und erdig-mineralische Noten, eine Spur Hefe, etwas Gerbstoff am Gaumen, nussige und zitronige Anklänge, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang.
