Tart nose, light earthy and dried vegetal notes, hint of bacon, black berries, hint of undergrowth. Fairly fresh, tart dark fruit on the palate, vegetal, delicate floral and earthy notes, salty traces, citrus notes, fairly persistent, slightly astringent, some bite, still slightly brittle, good, fairly cool and fresh finish.
