Tart nose, meaty venison notes, black berries and cherries, light dried vegetal, peppery and earthy notes. Oak and smoked bacon on the palate, preserved fruit, herbaceous notes, burnt nuts, fairly lively acidity, youthful tannins, noticeable alcohol, good persistence, slightly rustic style, minty traces in the background, some more peppery notes, also some blood orange and pomegranate, still largely undeveloped, prominent toasted oak, dark chocolate on a very good tart, juicy finish.
