Deep nose, very ripe, partly preserved black berries and cherries, dried herbs, prominent earthy and mineral notes, sweetish roasted notes. Cool and juicy on the palate, dark fruit, fairly prominent integrated oak, tart herbaceous notes, earthy notes, intense mineral notes, very light sooty touch, very good persistence and depth, firm, still very young, very long finish. Definitely needs time to mature, and will probably still improve.

Best to drink: 2016-2026+. What our ratings mean
