Somewhat nutty, slightly dried floral and also still yeasty scent with tart yellow fruity notes, mineral notes, after aeration also vegetable nuances and a hint of dark berries. Clear, tangy-juicy, ripe fruit, fine planty and somewhat nutty spice, yeasty notes, very fine acidity and some touch of crumbly tannin, persistent on the palate, clear minerality, some depth, a hint of wood, very good, firm finish with tart juice and spice. Very skilful
