Clear, cool, planty to slightly herbaceous nose with light yellow fruity notes and mineral traces. Slim, tart, reserved fruit, vegetable and slightly peppery spice, also salty mineral tones, fine acidity, certain persistence, a hint of carbonic acid, relatively much expression for the low alcohol, firm structure, good to very good, again cool, rather mineral finish. Very convincing light wine
