Very dull ochre. Yeasty, nutty and slightly floral scent of crumbly pome fruit with distinctly yeasty and also earthy notes. Ripe, sweetish, warm fruit, nutty and spicy tones, lots of yeast, moderate perlage, some touch of ripe tannin, candy notes on the palate, woody aromas on the palate, good substance, good to very good, warm alcohol, relatively sweet finish
