2007 Eisacktal / Val d'Isarco DOC Pinot Grigio, Alto Adige, Italy

Fairly shy nose, preserved pomaceous fruit, creamy and almost sweetish. More gentle, preserved yellow fruit on the palate, apples and herbs, high alcohol is well integrated, providing a sweetish base taste, moderate, integrated acidity, fairly cool in spite of its full body, slightly sharp and bitter on the finish.
