Tart vegetal nose, herbaceous notes, fairly prominent mineral notes and restrained apple and citrus fruit. Slightly creamy but bone dry fruit on the palate, prominent spicy vegetal notes, hint of muscat, elegant, ripe acidity, good persistence, shows its origin, creamy and spicy again on quite a good finish.
