Translate to English Recht fester Duft nach reifem Kernobst mit deutlich vegetabilen und leicht pfeffrigen Aromen, zart rauchigen Anklängen und erdiger sowie leicht Feuerstein-artiger Mineralik. Kräftig und schmelzig im Mund, reife, geschliffene Frucht mit sehr feiner Säure, gewisse Würze am Gaumen, nachhaltig, gute Substanz, mineralische Töne, harmonisch, Noten von grünem Tee, etwas Ingwer und Kohlrabi, ganz leicht rustikal, sehr guter Abgang.
