Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, light floral and yeasty notes, earthy and mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit. Dry, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, vegetal and earthy aromas, light nutty notes, very elegant acidity, tart mineral notes in the background, delicate floral traces, good persistence, hint of bees wax, quite full-bodied, good to very good finish.
