Delicate white floral notes on the nose, fairly deep, nutty and dark earthy notes, bruised qapples and pears, green bananas and kiwi fruit, yeasty and mineral notes. Dry, juicy, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, salty mineral notes, hint of tobacco, peppery traces and some juniper, more bananas, lively acidity, slightly viscous, reminiscent of olive oil, very good finish.
