Firm nose, vegetal, earthy and mineral notes, fairly prominent bacon, hint of root vegetables. Tart fruit on the palate, nutty and yeasty aromas, prominent vegetal and some more earthy and mineral notes, prominent bacon, nutty traces, lively acidity, tannins still slightly astringent, medium body, prominent salty notes, bite and grip on a very good firm finish. Give it some time to develop, will be an excellent partner with food.
