Firm youthful nose, light nutty and yeasty notes, herbaceous and vegetal notes, floral, nutty, earthy and mineral notes. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, lively, very elegant acidity, vegetal and herbaceous notes, yeasty and light nutty notes, slightly sweetish and creamy, hint of bacon in the background, light grip, still largely undeveloped, very good finish.
