Prominent green vegetal and peppery notes on the nose, restrained yellow fruit, tart mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, prominent broccoli and zucchini, more peppery notes, very elegant acidity, rpe, integrated tannins provide some grip, persistent, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, hint of bacon, very good juicy, creamy, spicy finish.
