Light vegetal and yeasty notes on the nose, yellow spice, yellow fruit, mineral traces. Fairly tart spicy fruit on the palate, yeasty, light earthy and floral notes, elegant acidity, good substance and persistence, light tannic grip, mineral and herbaceous aromas in the background, very light smoky touch, vegetal notes on a very good spicy, minerally finish.
