2017 Mitterberg IGT Grüner Veltliner, Alto Adige, Italy

Slightly reductive nose, delicate yeasty notes, vegetal notes, hint of smoked bacon, stone fruit, hint of dried herbs and a hint of pistachioes. Fairly firm, juicy, ripe fruit on the palate, delicately sweetish and creamy, very elegant acidity, hint of green tea, some substance and good persistence, earthy notes and salty traces, hint of tobacco, herbaceous notes and a hint of mushrooms on a good to very good finish.
