Tart nose, still slightly reductive, prominent vegetal notes, light earthy notes, hint of bacon, mineral notes, very restrained yellow fruit aromas. Tart on the palate, vegetal, yeasty and light smoky notes, delicate nutty oak, noticeable tannic grip, light acid bite, hint of mushrooms, earthy notes, good persistence, very individual style, quite tart and lean for a Gewürztraminer, prominent mineral notes, firm structure, nutty notes, still very slightly astringent on a very good finish.
