2018 Grauburgunder trocken, Mosel, Germany

Fairly cool nose, delicate floral, nutty notes, light touch of dried herbs, predominantly mature pomaceous fruit, light touch of spicy oak, hint of tobacco and bacon, peppery traces. Youthful, sweetish fruit on the palate, delicately creamy, light nutty oak, hint of sage, moderate acidity, light tannic grip, good persistence, light integrated tannins, earthy and salty notes, good to very good finish.
