Vegetable and yellow-fruity fragrance with light floral aromas, partly also fresh planty notes and some minerality. Rather light fruit with clearly vegetable aromas and quite present acidity, delicate sweetness, some grip, very lightly covered on the palate, clear minerality in the background, certain strength, very good, firm finish. Gains with air in grinding and juice

Editor note: Translate to English Herbe, kühle, schweflige, kräuterige Zitrus-Pfirsichnase mit leicht schwarzbeerigen Noten, Mineralik und getreidigen Anklängen. Einerseits straffe, andererseits auch ein wenig süßlich-verschwommene Frucht im Mund, getreidige und nussige Spuren, merklicher Gerbstoff, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, im Hintergrund Mineralik, gewisse Tiefe, noch nicht ganz zusammengesetzt, sehr guter, wenn auch wieder etwas süßlicher und gleichzeitig rauer Abgang.
