Translate to English Sehr herber, verhaltener, etwas nussiger und leicht vegetabiler Duft mit gelbfruchtigen Aromen sowie deutlich mineralischen und zart gewürzigen Tönen. Reife, saftige, dennoch zurückhaltende Frucht im Mund, Zitrusfrüchte und eingemachte Mirabellen, aber auch Birne, ganz leicht pfeffrige und dazu kräuterige Aromen, leicht nussig, tabakige und holzige Spuren, nachhaltig am Gaumen, noch ein wenig trocknender Gerbstoff, präsente Säure, deutliche Mineralik, sehr guter, nur noch ein wenig strenger und rauer Abgang. Hat Zeit.
