Fairly tart nose, prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes, light floral notes, light yellow fruit aromas, prominent mineral notes. Tart, light, restrained fruit on the palate, yeasty and vegetal notes, fairly prominent acidity, noticeable tannic grip, very slightly astringent, good persistence, fairly full-bodied, but also has some lean, austere aspects, very light bitter touch,very slightly muted on a good to very good finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Sehr fest in der Nase, etwas nussig und buttrig, vegetabil und erdig, herbe gelbfruchtige Noten, ein wenig Pfeffer und gewisse Mineralik. Herbe, eher zurückhaltende, zitronige Frucht, pflanzliche und florale Aromen, präsente Säure, leichter Gerbstoff-Griff, buttrig-karamellige Noten, leicht krautig, nachhaltig, viel Biss, noch etwas gedeckt, rau und ziemlich unnahbar, tabakig, mineralisch, mit Luft auch zart süßlich, gewinnt an Saft, enorme Säure, auch im guten bis sehr guten Abgang ein wenig karamellig.
