Translate to English Fester, nussiger, etwas getrocknet-vegetabiler und erdiger Duft mit eher herben gelbfruchtigen Aromen, pfeffrigen Spuren, floralen Nuancen, einem Hauch Kandis und deutlicher Mineralik. Reife, saftige, etwas schmelzige Frucht, viel nussige Hefewürze, feine, lebendige Säure und feinsandiger Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, ein wenig Kandis und angedeutet Karamell, zart süßlich im Hintergrund, etwas Wärme, fester Bau, etwas salzige Mineralik, hat Griff, noch wenig entwickelt, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang. Muss reifen.
