Translate to English Tiefer, kühler, etwas kräuterig-pflanzlicher und sehr mineralischer Duft mit eher hellen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, getrocknet-floralen Spuren, Speck und deutlicher Mineralik. Recht saftige, dabei herbe Frucht mit leicht hefigen und nussigen Aromen, lebendige Säure, viel Griff von reifem, noch ganz leicht sandigem Gerbstoff, nachhaltig, dicht und tief, kerniger Stil, deutliche, erdige, helle und zugleich etwas dunkle Mineralik, frischer Koriander und Fenchel, sehr guter bis langer, straffer, wieder saftiger Abgang mit viel Biss und Mineralik.
