(Bechtheim). They are planted with the white varieties Riesling, Silvaner, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Huxelrebe, as well as with the red varieties Pinot Noir, St. Laurent, Regent, Dornfelder and Portugieser. coordinated processing. Weed control is mechanical instead of chemical agents. Depending on the type of wine, it is aged in stainless steel tanks (fresh, fruity white wines), large wooden barrels (part of the red and white wines) or barriques (part of the red wines).
