1999 Rüdesheim Berg Schlossberg Riesling, Rheingau, Germany

Very elegant, pure aromas of apples, pineapple and peaches, with light mineral notes. Juicy, straightforward and absolutely pure fruit, very elegant and intense mineral notes, filigree acidity, excellent structure, full and persistent on the palate, impressive balance, is nevertheless closed at present, as though bound and tied, excellent balance, very long finish. Will improve with time.
