Winery Wines Files 3

1999 Rüdesheim Bischofsberg Riesling Auslese Goldkapsel, Rheingau, Germany

Still relatively closed, racy style, with pineapple and peach aromas reminiscent of ice wine. Pure, sweet fruit, delicately proportioned, lively acidity, also reminds one of ice wine on the palate, concentrated, has extract and depth, crystal clear style, very persistent on the palate, excellent balance, very long finish. Currently still restless and quite unfinished. Tremendous potential.
