Pure and clean, with light mineral notes, apples and pineapple aromas. Pure, elegantly juicy fruit, quite elegant acidity, spices and minerals in the background, straightforward structure, good persistence on the palate, harmonious, fruit and spice on the finish. Enjoy with delicate fish dishes.
