Elegant nose, nutty and vegetal notes, tart yellow fruit, delicate floral notes, mineral notes, hint of petrol, earthy traces. Tart fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal notes, citrus aromas and notes of green apples, fairly prominent acidity, fairly intense, tart mineral notes, good persistence, clear contours, yeasty traces, veryslightly sweetish touch, some grip, vibrant, still slightly muted, some dried herbs, very good, slightlyastringent finish.Becomes significantly more elegant with aeration.

Auch im Mund kühl, schlank wirkend und recht straff, sehr feine Säure, trockene, verhaltene Frucht und pflanzliche Noten, im Hintergrund Mineralik, recht kompromissloser Stil, gute Nachhaltigkeit und gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, kühler und herber Abgang.
