Reintönig, fest gewirkt und recht saftig im Mund, hochfeine Säure und deutliche Mineralik, nachhaltig am Gaumen, getrocknet-pflanzliche bis tabakige Noten, auch leicht hefige Anklänge, ganz leichter Gerbstoff, ausgezeichnete Tiefe, bei aller Reife elegant, ausgesprochen klassischer Stil, langer Nachhall.
