2016 Spätburgunder Pinot Noir, Rheingau, Germany

Firm, fairly deep and complex nose, hint of tobacco, moderate spicy oak, elegant red and black berries, toasted notes, mineral and spicy notes in the background. Clear, elegant, juicy, polished fruit on the palate, noticeable acid bite, light oak, hint of tobacco, very gine tannins, fresh and precise, light herbaceous and delicate peppery notes, persistent, salty mineral notes in the background, some depth, firm structure, nutty traces, hint of parsley and tobacco, very good tart, fresh, elegant, juicy finish.
