2017 Rüdesheim Berg Schlossberg Riesling, Rheingau, Germany

Firm, deep nose, still slightly muted, yellow fruit, floral and vegetal notes, hint of bread crust, white pepper, intense mineral notes. Very firm structure, concentrated and deep, juicy, tranquil fruit on the palate, polished acidity, very fine tannic grip, yeasty tarces, floral, vegetal and herbaceous notes, deep and persistent, still undeveloped, fairly complex, bjut also very tranquil, moderately creamy, delicate sweet touch, spicy notes, tobacco, peppery notes, hint of saffron, clear contours, slightly sweetish and juicy on a long, complex finish. Made for the long haul.
