fairly cool nose, still reductive, delicate hint of yellow spice, vegetal and prominent mineral notes, restrained, elegant yellow fruit, nutty traces and a hint of sesame. Polished, elegant, juicy, sweetish fruit on the palate, lively, very elegant acidity, herbaceous aromas, prominent yeasty notes, salty mineral notes, firm and persistent, touch of red berries in the background, some floral notes, still young, some depth, slightly astringent tannins, very good, fairly firm, sweetish, juicy finish with vegetal and mineral notes.
