Initially tart and slightly muted on the nose, vegetal, earthy and mineral notes, then increasingly develops sweetish yellow fruit aromas, some sugar candy and light nutty notes. Fairly light, juicy, sweetish fruit on the palate, lively acidity, vegetal notes, light green fruit and lemony notes in the background, light tannic touch, tart mineral notes in the background, delicate bitter touch, some sugar candy notes, earthy and prominent mineral notes, acid bite becomes more pronounced with aeration, vegetal and mineral notes on a very good, firm, sweet and sour finish.

Straff im Mund, kühle Frucht mit deutlich pflanzlichen Noten, herber Mineralik und sehr präsenter Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, viel Biss und gewisse Tiefe, noch sehr jung, sehr guter, wieder säurebetonter Abgang.
