2011 trocken Chronos, Pfalz, Germany

Translate to English Stark holzwürziger, auch deutlich vegetabiler und erdiger Duft mit oxidativen Noten, Aromen reifen Kernobsts, etwas Zitrusfrüchten, kandierten Nüssen und Heu. Sehr kräftig im Mund, reife, eher herb wirkende Frucht, wieder deutlich vegetabil und erdig bis mineralisch, viel rauchiges Holz und leicht trocknender Gerbstoff, nachhaltig und alkoholstark am Gaumen, ziemlich mächtiger Körper, eher rustikale Art, nicht ewig tief, herber, wieder alkoholstarker und ein wenig trocknender Abgang.

Reife, saftige und schmelzige Frucht im Mund, feine Säure, nussige, holzwürzige und karamellige Aromen, eine Spur Whiskylikör, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, ganz leichter Gerbstoff, hat dadurch bei allem Schmelz auch Griff, im Hintergrund etwas Mineralik, nicht ewig tief, guter bis sehr guter, saftiger und würziger Abgang. Hat Zeit.
