Translate to English Etwas gedeckter, deutlich gemüsiger, auch erdiger, nussiger und angedeutet hefiger Duft mit Kernobstnoten. Auch im Mund, ziemlich vegetabil und auch nussig, kartoffelige Töne, moderate Perlage, ein Hauch Gerbstoff, etwas Nachhaltigkeit und Schmelz, gewisse Alkoholwärme, ein Hauch Kandis und Wach im Hintergrund, schon ein wenig matt, ordentlicher Abgang.

Editor note: Translate to English Deutlich nussiger und holziger Duft nach reifen, teils angetrockneten Äpfeln mit hefigen und leicht gewürzigen Aromen. Reife, eingemacht wirkende Frucht im Mund, viel Holzwürze, etwas Karamell und gebuttertes Popcorn, hefige Aromen, Brioche, etwas Vanille, viel Schmelz am Gaumen, wirkt wesentlich süßer als er eigentlich ist, kräftig und etwas in die Breite gehend, tabakige Spuren, gewisse Alkoholwärme, guter bis sehr guter, ziemlich wuchtiger Abgang. Der Stil einer trockenen Auslese als Sekt: strengt ein wenig an, ist aber ausgezeichnet gemacht und findet sicher seine Anhänger.
