Süßliche Frucht mit herben vegetabilen und erdigen Noten, leicht tabakig am Gaumen, feine Säure und etwas Gerbstoff, leicht rauchig-speckige Nuancen, gewisse Wärme, gute Nachhaltigkeit, für einen Kabinett eigentlich deutlich zu kräftiger Körper, ein wenig rustikaler Stil, gute Substanz, guter, süßlich-saftiger, vegetabiler und etwas mineralischer Abgang.
