Thermenregion trocken PET NAT #1, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Very cloudy pink-orange. Clearly yeasty, already bread-like bouquet with fresh citrus aromas, some pome fruit, floral nuances and clearly herbs. Quite juicy fruit with yeasty spice, herbal notes and dried floral aromas, nutty and somewhat bready on the palate, fine perlage and relatively much grip, persistent on the palate, good substance, spicy nuances in the background, has life, very good, quite juicy and again yeasty finish with tobacco traces and quite amazing freshness. A huge pleasure, but you should definitely provide a carafe or a jug with a large opening when you open it, otherwise a good half of the contents will spill everywhere but into the containers provided, because only with glasses you hardly have a chance to master the expansion urge of the contents here.
