Translate to English Klare, recht geschliffene Kirsch- und Beerennase mit an Vollkornsaaten erinnernden Noten, ein wenig getrockneten Tomaten und floralen Nuancen. Kühl udn herb im Mund, geschliffene Frucht mit leicht bitterlichen Holznoten, zart rußig, erdig und pflanzlich am Gaumen, etwas Salz im Hintergrund, teerige und zart pfeffrige Nuancen, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, recht feine, nur noch ein wenig trocknende Tannine, guter bis sehr guter, leicht getrocknet-fleischiger Abgang. Muss noch etwas reifen.
